Minisink.org Genealogy Forum / Minisink Families / Fort Decker during the Revolution

I learned that the Continental Army's Military Storehouse was in Wallkill between 1776-1778 after the evacuation of the army from New York to White Plains.
Is it possible that they used Fort Decker?
Does anyone know where the Military Storehouse was located during that time?
The information came from The Refugees of 1776 from Long Island to Connecticuty, by Mathers.
