I AM LOOKING FOR THE FATHER OF FRANKLIN QUICK BORN 1808 IN PA.. I THINK HIS NAME WAS CORNELIUS?

hello,.. yes, but can't find anything earlier... i live in wa. and can't search... in person...i wonder if franklin is a member of the big quick family.. like in tom quick...i have their book but can''t make the jump from franklin...to cornelius.. for sure...

You should go to http://www.familysearch.org
and search Franklin Quick in PA. I found his birth listing with father as Cornelius and mother as Elisabeth Nesbit. Also there is a file showing his brothers and sisters.

HELLO,.. YES, I HAVE SEEM THAT... BUT I NEED MORE INFO TO MAKE SURE IT IS TRUE.. ALSO CORNELIUS'S FATHER AND MOTHER...THERE WERE ALOT OF CORNELIUS MEN IN THAT FAMILY..AND I CAN'T FIND ANYTHING ABOUT HIS PARENTS...THE DATES ARE FUNNY...??? SARAH

If you have a LDS Geneology Library near you, they will order the microfilm from which the data originated. Then you can verify it. At the bottom of the familysearch.org page for Franklin it has a place to click on to check the source #. Also I think on the site it will list where their libraries are. Also some local libraries carry the LDS CDs that have info on them.  Good luck!
