Hello.....I noted the date of your post and now still hope that you are doing research on the Winters Family. I have many Winters in my family.  My grandmother was a Winters and lived in Port Jervis.   Her mother and father also lived there.  I have many more Winters that I have found related to these folks.........Just let me know if you would like my information.
